Tenable Network Security Names AhnLab as an Alliance Solution Partner

Tenable Network Security®, Inc., the leader in continuous network monitoring, today announced an agreement with AhnLab as an Alliance Solution Partner. The partnership provides customers with an enhanced ability to continuously monitor today’s extended networks while dealing with advanced malware threats and vulnerabilities that exist on all device types.

The solution combines Tenable SecurityCenter Continuous View (CV)™ with AhnLab Malware Defense System (MDS) in order to actively block malware bearing content, malicious traffic and outbound C&C traffic. AhnLab MDS delivers comprehensive threat protection against known and unknown malware, zero-day exploits, and advanced persistent threats, combining cloud-based security intelligence, multi-dimensional behavior based malware analysis and its patented DICA (Dynamic Intelligent Content Analysis) technology.

While many organizations choose to emphasize building defenses against perimeter-based attacks, attacks on an organization’s intranet can be just as damaging at affecting core infrastructure. The increasing complexity of modern software makes the appearance of new vulnerabilities inevitable and organizations need to be prepared to identify and manage any attacks against their network.

AnhLab’s customers can use the SecurityCenter CV dashboard to obtain a quick situation overview or drill down into any component to obtain more granular information. Additionally, dashboards can be customised to meet the unique reporting and monitoring needs of individual departments and organisations.
