To reset the Activation Code for any product, please have the Owner or Primary Contact log into their Tenable Support Portal account.
From the main page of the Support Portal:
- Click "Activation Code"
- Click "+" next to the product name
- Click "X" under the reset column
Once reset, you will have the ability to immediately register the same activation code to the product.
Note: if you do not see the "X" then you may not be a valid contact to reset the activation code or the code has already been reset.
