Leading producer of next-generation cybersecurity software wins Employees’ Choice Award based on reviews, employee satisfaction, career opportunities, benefits and company culture
“At Tenable we’ve always placed a high value on being a great workplace and hiring great people,” said Ron Gula, CEO, Tenable Network Security. “There’s a lot of competition for top talent in the security software industry and our corporate culture is a big differentiator for Tenable. This award from Glassdoor is a reflection of the pride we take in making Tenable a place where great people want to work.”
2015 has seen numerous awards and milestones for Tenable, peaking last month when the company announced a record-setting $250 million series B investment led by Insight Venture Partners and Accel. Tenable has earned 2015 “best workplace” recognition from The Washington Post, Washingtonian magazine, The Baltimore Sun and Baltimore magazine. The company also won Best Security Company at the SC Awards Europe 2015.
Now in its eighth year, the Glassdoor Employees’ Choice Award relies on employee feedback regarding their jobs, work environments and companies. The Best Places to Work are determined based on anonymous company reviews submitted to Glassdoor in the previous 12 months. The winners list is compiled based on Glassdoor’s proprietary algorithm, and takes into account quantity, quality and consistency of review as well as factors such as overall employee satisfaction, career opportunities, compensation, benefits, work/life balance, senior management, and company culture and values.
