Tenable Network Security, Inc., a global leader transforming security technology for the business needs of tomorrow, announced today a technology partnership with ServiceNow, a leader in enterprise cloud computing, to helpServiceNow Security Operations customers identify, prioritize and remediate vulnerabilities.
“We are committed to helping organizations streamline and simplify their IT security operations,” said Matt Alderman, vice president of strategy, Tenable Network Security. “With vulnerability data from Tenable available at their fingertips, ServiceNow customers gain the critical context needed to prioritize their work more efficiently, and ultimately, better serve their users to protect their organization and remediate security threats.”
The Tenable and ServiceNow alliance, which is a part of Tenable’s new Technology Integration Partner (TIP) program launched in February, enables the operationalization of vulnerability response on the ServiceNow platform, allowing security teams to streamline their day-to-day tasks of finding and fixing their vulnerable applications, devices and systems. ServiceNow Security Operations customers can use Tenable SecurityCenter™ vulnerability and remediation data to automatically prioritize responses and increase organizational efficiency.
Customers use ServiceNow to define, structure and automate the flow of work, removing dependencies on email and spreadsheets to transform the delivery and management of services for the enterprise. ServiceNow enables service management for every department in the enterprise including IT, human resources, facilities, field service and security.
The Tenable app for ServiceNow Security Operations was released earlier this year and is currently available on the ServiceNow Store.
