Tenable Appoints Scott McKinnel as ANZ Country Manager

Tenable®, Inc., the Cyber Exposure company, today announced the appointment of IT veteran, Scott McKinnel, as Country Manager for Australia and New Zealand.

McKinnel is charged with expanding the company’s presence in the enterprise security market, spearheading strategic initiatives and supporting channel partner activities. In previous leadership roles, McKinnel had aligned cybersecurity technology with innovative commercial models to address business risks.

“Scott brings a wealth of cybersecurity and operational experience that will spur Tenable into the next phase of growth. With over 25 years of IT industry experience, Mckinnel joins Tenable from CheckPoint Software Technologies, where he was Managing Director for Australia and New Zealand. In his role, Mckinnel introduced and implemented new performance standards across all facets of the business and reinvigorated entire partner ecosystems. Prior to Check Point, McKinnel was Senior Vice President for Commercial Operations, Asia Pacific and Japan at ABB Enterprise Software.
