Export controls of Tenable Products
Software Products
Tenable products, software, and technology (“Tenable Products”) are controlled under the U.S. Export Administration Regulations (“EAR”) and may also be subject to applicable export control laws and regulations in other jurisdictions. Exporters, distributors, customers, and users of the Tenable Products are responsible for compliance with the EAR and all other applicable export/import laws and regulations.
Tenable Products may not be exported or re-exported to certain (i) countries or regions subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions or embargoes (currently, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, and the Crimea, Donetsk People's Republic, and Luhansk People's Republic regions of Ukraine); (ii) end-users identified on export- or -sanctions related restricted party lists maintained by the U.S. government or other relevant governmental authorities; or (iii) end-users engaged in prohibited end-uses under the EAR or other applicable export control laws. In addition, in most cases, Tenable Products may not be exported or re-exported to Russia or Belarus without a license from the U.S. Department of Commerce's Bureau of Industry and Security.
