This two-day instructor-led course will give you the knowledge and skills you need to effectively utilize Tenable.io®, our cloud-based vulnerability management solution. Participants in this course will learn how to implement and support the Tenable.io platform. Content for the course includes installation and configuration of Tenable.io, a review of Tenable.io operations, a technology overview along with architecture and design discussions for typical environments, and a detailed scanning and analysis review.
This course is suited for all parties interested in learning Tenable.io.
Students should complete the Tenable.io Introduction course available for no charge at Tenable University, possess a basic understanding of TCP/IP networking, operating systems security and common client/server applications. Familiarity with vulnerability management vocabulary and concepts will be helpful but is not required.
Tenable cannot award CPE credits toward industry certifications such as CISSP or GIAC, as CPE credits are awarded by the certification body that grants the certification (e.g., ISC2, SANS, PCI Council, etc.). Tenable provides a Certificate of Attendance after completion of a Tenable Instructor-Led, On-Demand or Custom course. In most cases, this certificate is accepted by the certification body and CPE credit is awarded.
