Tenable Network Security®, Inc., the leader in continuous network monitoring, has added IT security veteran Corey Bodzin as its new vice president of product management. Bodzin, who has more than 20 years of experience in IT security, will be responsible for managing new and existing product development throughout the entire lifecycle—from conception, to launch, to evaluation.
Bodzin will work with Tenable’s families of products, which include SecurityCenter Continuous View™, the most comprehensive view of network health, and Nessus®, the global standard in detecting and assessing network data.
"Corey will apply his deep knowledge to enhance the overall product experience for customers," said Ron Gula, CEO, Tenable Network Security. "Corey’s leadership will be an asset as we evolve and execute on our product roadmap—especially given our tight integration with security, mobile and virtualization systems, along with our support of the full array of technologies that customers need to secure in the new IT landscape. We’re excited to have him on our senior management team."
Bodzin brings insights into the security challenges of diverse industries, thanks to his past roles managing security for Lucent Technologies and Wells Fargo, leading IT audits for Charles Schwab, and through his work with an array of security companies including nCircle, RSA, and Qualys. He holds CISSP, CISA, and CISM certifications.
"I love solving problems, and our customers face a seemingly unlimited supply of challenges in the realm of information security," said Bodzin. "I joined Tenable because of the broad and rapid adoption of their platform, their strategic vision, direction as a company and the clear value they bring to customers. I look forward to further enhancing that customer experience."
