Drupal 11.4.x < 11.4.7 Cross-Site Scripting

Description

According to its self-reported version number, the detected Drupal application is affected by a cross-site scripting (XSS) vulnerability in the bundled CKEditor 5 third-party library, where a prototype pollution flaw in the es-toolkit dependency allows unauthorized JavaScript execution when the editor processes incoming style attribute values. An attacker able to create or edit content may exploit this to target users with access to CKEditor.

Note that the scanner has not tested for these issues but has instead relied only on the application's self-reported version number.

Solution

Upgrade to Drupal version 11.4.7 or later.
