New! Vulnerability Priority Rating (VPR)
Tenable calculates a dynamic VPR for every vulnerability. VPR combines vulnerability information with threat intelligence and machine learning algorithms to predict which vulnerabilities are most likely to be exploited in attacks. Read more about what VPR is and how it's different from CVSS.

SynopsisA web application running on the remote host has a cross-site scripting vulnerability.
DescriptionThe version of HP OpenView Performance Insight running on the remote host has a reflected cross-site scripting vulnerability. Input to the 'bgcolor' parameter of sendEmail.jsp is not properly sanitized. A remote attacker could exploit this by tricking a user into requesting a maliciously crafted URL, resulting in arbitrary script code execution.
This software has several other cross-site scripting vulnerabilities and an arbitrary code execution vulnerability, though Nessus has not checked for those issues.
SolutionApply the HP OpenView Performance Insight hotfix referenced in the vendor's advisory.
