The AlmaLinux host is missing one or more security updates.

Description

The AlmaLinux 9.2 host has a package installed that is affected by multiple vulnerabilities as referenced in the TuxCare ALMALINUX9.2:CLSA-2026:1792421834 advisory.

 - Use-after-free in the XSLT component. This vulnerability was fixed in Firefox ESR 153.4, Thunderbird 157, Thunderbird 140.17, Thunderbird 153.4, Firefox 157, Firefox ESR 115.42, and Firefox ESR 140.17.
 (CVE-2026-100779)

 - Sandbox escape due to incorrect boundary conditions in the Graphics: WebRender component. This vulnerability was fixed in Firefox ESR 153.4, Thunderbird 157, Thunderbird 140.17, Thunderbird 153.4, Firefox 157, Firefox ESR 115.42, and Firefox ESR 140.17. (CVE-2026-100781)

Solution

Update the affected thunderbird package based on the guidance in TuxCare advisory ALMALINUX9.2:CLSA-2026:1792421834.
