Synopsis

The AlmaLinux host is missing one or more security updates.

Description

The AlmaLinux 9.2 host has packages installed that are affected by a vulnerability as referenced in the TuxCare ALMALINUX9.2:CLSA-2026:1774518355 advisory.

- The imaplib module, when passed a user-controlled command, can have additional commands injected using newlines. Mitigation rejects commands containing control characters. (CVE-2025-15366)

Note that Nessus has not tested for this issue but has instead relied only on the application's self-reported version number.
