The AlmaLinux host is missing one or more security updates.

Description

The AlmaLinux 9.2 host has packages installed that are affected by a vulnerability as referenced in the TuxCare ALMALINUX9.2:CLSA-2025:1744631318 advisory.

 - A flaw was found in the Poppler's Pdfinfo utility. This issue occurs when using -dests parameter with pdfinfo utility. By using certain malformed input files, an attacker could cause the utility to crash, leading to a denial of service. (CVE-2024-6239)

Note that Nessus has not tested for this issue but has instead relied only on the application's self-reported version number.

Solution

Update the affected packages based on the guidance in TuxCare advisory ALMALINUX9.2:CLSA-2025:1744631318.
