The remote openSUSE host is missing a security update.

Description

The remote openSUSE 16 host has a package installed that is affected by a vulnerability as referenced in the openSUSE- SU-2026:21427-1 advisory.

 This update for perl-HTTP-Date fixes the following issue

 - CVE-2026-14741: CPU exhaustion via polynomial regex backtracking in parse_date (bsc#1271705).
