Synopsis

The remote SUSE host is missing a security update.

Description

The remote SUSE Linux SLES15 / SLES_SAP15 host has packages installed that are affected by a vulnerability as referenced in the SUSE-SU-2026:3074-1 advisory.

 This update for libssh2_org fixes the following issue

 Security changes:

 - CVE-2026-55199: pre-Authentication DoS via SSH_MSG_EXT_INFO Handler (bsc#1268530).

Solution

Update the affected libssh2-1, libssh2-1-32bit and / or libssh2-devel packages.
