Description

The remote AlmaLinux 10 host has packages installed that are affected by multiple vulnerabilities as referenced in the ALSA-2026:38499 advisory.

 * OpenEXR: OpenEXR: Arbitrary code execution via integer overflow in image resizing (CVE-2026-41142)
 * OpenEXR: OpenEXR: Information disclosure and denial of service via malformed EXR files (CVE-2026-42216)

Solution

Update the affected openexr, openexr-devel and / or openexr-libs packages.
