Synopsis

The remote SUSE host is missing a security update.

Description

The remote SUSE Linux SLES12 host has a package installed that is affected by a vulnerability as referenced in the SUSE- SU-2026:2878-1 advisory.

This update for libpng15 fixes the following issue

- CVE-2026-25646: heap buffer overflow vulnerability in png_set_dither/png_set_quantize (bsc#1258020).
