Synopsis

The remote host is affected by multiple vulnerabilities

Description

The 12.2.1.4.0, 14.1.1.0.0, 14.1.2.0.0, and 15.1.1.0.0 versions of WebLogic Server installed on the remote host are affected by multiple vulnerabilities as referenced in the April 2026 CPU advisory.

 - Vulnerability in the Oracle WebLogic Server product of Oracle Fusion Middleware (component: Web Services).
 Supported versions that are affected are 12.2.1.4.0, 14.1.1.0.0, 14.1.2.0.0 and 15.1.1.0.0. Easily exploitable vulnerability allows unauthenticated attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise Oracle WebLogic Server. Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in unauthorized access to critical data or complete access to all Oracle WebLogic Server accessible data. (CVE-2026-34305)

 - Vulnerability in the Oracle WebLogic Server product of Oracle Fusion Middleware (component: Web Services).
 Supported versions that are affected are 12.2.1.4.0, 14.1.1.0.0, 14.1.2.0.0 and 15.1.1.0.0. Easily exploitable vulnerability allows unauthenticated attacker with network access via HTTP to compromise Oracle WebLogic Server. Successful attacks require human interaction from a person other than the attacker. Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in unauthorized creation, deletion or modification access to critical data or all Oracle WebLogic Server accessible data. (CVE-2026-34315)

 - Vulnerability in the Oracle WebLogic Server product of Oracle Fusion Middleware (component: Centralized Third Party Jars (Apache Log4j)). Supported versions that are affected are 12.2.1.4.0, 14.1.1.0.0, 14.1.2.0.0 and 15.1.1.0.0. Difficult to exploit vulnerability allows unauthenticated attacker with network access via TLS to compromise Oracle WebLogic Server. Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in unauthorized update, insert or delete access to some of Oracle WebLogic Server accessible data as well as unauthorized read access to a subset of Oracle WebLogic Server accessible data. (CVE-2025-68161)

Note that Nessus has not tested for these issues but has instead relied only on the application's self-reported version number.

Solution

Apply the appropriate patch according to the April 2026 Oracle Critical Patch Update advisory.
