The remote AlmaLinux host is missing one or more security updates.

Description

The remote AlmaLinux 9 host has packages installed that are affected by multiple vulnerabilities as referenced in the ALSA-2025:7309 advisory.

 * openjpeg: heap buffer overflow in bin/common/color.c (CVE-2024-56826)
 * openjpeg: heap buffer overflow in lib/openjp2/j2k.c (CVE-2024-56827)

Note that Nessus has not tested for these issues but has instead relied only on the application's self-reported version number.

Solution

Update the affected openjpeg2, openjpeg2-devel and / or openjpeg2-tools packages.
