Description

The remote openSUSE 15 host has a package installed that is affected by a vulnerability as referenced in the openSUSE- SU-2024:0112-1 advisory.

- In the CryptX module before 0.062 for Perl, gcm_decrypt_verify() and chacha20poly1305_decrypt_verify() do not verify the tag. (CVE-2018-25099)

Note that Nessus has not tested for this issue but has instead relied only on the application's self-reported version number.
