The remote SUSE host is missing one or more security updates.

Description

The remote SUSE Linux SLES12 host has a package installed that is affected by multiple vulnerabilities as referenced in the SUSE-SU-2024:1382-1 advisory.

This update for the Linux Kernel 4.12.14-122_176 fixes several issues.

The following security issues were fixed:

- CVE-2023-5717: Fixed a heap out-of-bounds write vulnerability in the Performance Events component (bsc#1216644).
- CVE-2024-1086: Fixed a use-after-free vulnerability inside the nf_tables component that could have been exploited to achieve local privilege escalation (bsc#1219435).
