The remote SUSE host is missing a security update.

Description

The remote SUSE Linux SLES15 / SLES_SAP15 / openSUSE 15 host has a package installed that is affected by a vulnerability as referenced in the SUSE-SU-2023:3952-1 advisory.

 - Update to runc v1.1.8.

 Upstream changelog is available from <https://github.com/opencontainers/runc/releases/tag/v1.1.8>.

 - rebuild the package with the go 1.21 security release (bsc#1212475).
