The remote AlmaLinux host is missing a security update.

Description

The remote AlmaLinux 9 host has a package installed that is affected by a vulnerability as referenced in the ALSA-2023:2312 advisory.

 - jackson-databind before 2.13.0 allows a Java StackOverflow exception and denial of service via a large depth of nested objects. (CVE-2020-36518)

Note that Nessus has not tested for this issue but has instead relied only on the application's self-reported version number.

Solution

Update the affected pki-jackson-databind package.
