The remote SUSE host is missing a security update.

Description

The remote SUSE Linux SLES15 / SLES_SAP15 host has packages installed that are affected by a vulnerability as referenced in the SUSE-SU-2023:0479-1 advisory.

 Update to 12.14:

 - CVE-2022-41862: Fixed memory leak in libpq (bsc#1208102).

 - Update to 12.13 (bsc#1205300).
