The remote SUSE host is missing a security update.

Description

The remote SUSE Linux SLES15 / SLES_SAP15 / openSUSE 15 host has packages installed that are affected by a vulnerability as referenced in the SUSE-SU-2022:2880-1 advisory.

This update of dpdk fixes the following issue:

- Fix to read PCI device name as UTF strings (bsc#1198873)
- Allow configuring thread granularity of Kernel NIC Interface (bsc#1195172)
- Rebuild with new secure boot key due to grub2 boothole 3 issues (bsc#1198581)
