The remote SUSE host is missing a security update.

Description

The remote SUSE Linux SLED12 / SLED_SAP12 / SLES12 / SLES_SAP12 host has packages installed that are affected by a vulnerability as referenced in the SUSE-SU-2022:1889-1 advisory.

- GIMP 2.10.30 and 2.99.10 are vulnerable to Buffer Overflow. Through a crafted XCF file, the program will allocate for a huge amount of memory, resulting in insufficient memory or program crash. (CVE-2022-30067)

Note that Nessus has not tested for this issue but has instead relied only on the application's self-reported version number.

Solution

Update the affected packages.
