Synopsis

The remote FreeBSD host is missing one or more security-related updates.

Description

The version of FreeBSD installed on the remote host is prior to tested version. It is, therefore, affected by a vulnerability as referenced in the a1360138-d446-11ec-8ea1-10c37b4ac2ea advisory.

 - The Go project reports: When called with a non-zero flags parameter, the syscall.Faccessat function could incorrectly report that a file is accessible. This bug only occurs on Linux systems. (CVE-2022-29526)

Note that Nessus has not tested for this issue but has instead relied only on the application's self-reported version number.

Solution

Update the affected packages.
