The remote machine is affected by multiple vulnerabilities.

Description

The remote NewStart CGSL host, running version CORE 5.04 / MAIN 5.04, has mod_auth_openidc packages installed that are affected by multiple vulnerabilities:

- A flaw was found in mod_auth_openidc before version 2.4.1. An open redirect issue exists in URLs with a slash and backslash at the beginning. (CVE-2019-20479)

- A flaw was found in mod_auth_openidc before version 2.4.0.1. An open redirect issue exists in URLs with trailing slashes similar to CVE-2019-3877 in mod_auth_mellon. (CVE-2019-14857)

Note that Nessus has not tested for this issue but has instead relied only on the application's self-reported version number.

Solution

Upgrade the vulnerable CGSL mod_auth_openidc packages. Note that updated packages may not be available yet. Please contact ZTE for more information.
