The remote machine is affected by a vulnerability.

Description

The remote NewStart CGSL host, running version MAIN 6.02, has openwsman packages installed that are affected by a vulnerability:

- Openwsman, versions up to and including 2.6.9, are vulnerable to infinite loop in process_connection() when parsing specially crafted HTTP requests. A remote, unauthenticated attacker can exploit this vulnerability by sending malicious HTTP request to cause denial of service to openwsman server.

Note that Nessus has not tested for this issue but has instead relied only on the application's self-reported version number.

Solution

Upgrade the vulnerable CGSL openwsman packages. Note that updated packages may not be available yet. Please contact ZTE for more information.
