Synopsis

The remote device is missing a vendor-supplied security patch

Description

According to its self-reported version, Cisco Data Center Network Manager (DCNM) is affected by a vulnerability due to an improperly masked sensitive information that is written to a system log file. An authenticated, local attacker with valid user credentials can exploit this, by authenticating to an affected device and inspecting a specific system log file to view sensitive information.
