Description

The remote NewStart CGSL host, running version CORE 5.04 / MAIN 5.04, has mod_auth_mellon packages installed that are affected by a vulnerability:

- mod_auth_mellon through 0.14.2 has an Open Redirect via the login?ReturnTo= substring, as demonstrated by omitting the // after http: in the target URL. (CVE-2019-13038)

Note that Nessus has not tested for this issue but has instead relied only on the application's self-reported version number.

Solution

Upgrade the vulnerable CGSL mod_auth_mellon packages. Note that updated packages may not be available yet. Please contact ZTE for more information.
