The remote NewStart CGSL host, running version CORE 5.04 / MAIN 5.04, has freerdp packages installed that are affected by multiple vulnerabilities:- libfreerdp/codec/planar.c in FreeRDP version > 1.0 through 2.0.0-rc4 has an Out-of-bounds Write.
(CVE-2020-11521)
- libfreerdp/codec/interleaved.c in FreeRDP versions > 1.0 through 2.0.0-rc4 has an Out-of-bounds Write.
(CVE-2020-11524)
- libfreerdp/gdi/region.c in FreeRDP versions > 1.0 through 2.0.0-rc4 has an Integer Overflow.
(CVE-2020-11523)
Note that Nessus has not tested for this issue but has instead relied only on the application's self-reported version number.
Solution
