VPR Score: 4.4

The remote device is missing a vendor-supplied security patch.

According to its self-reported version, IOS-XE is affected by a denial of service (DoS) vulnerability in the RESTCONF and NETCONF-YANG access control list (ACL) function. An unauthenticated, remote attacker can exploit this, by accessing the device using RESTCONF or NETCONF-YANG to cause the device to reload, causing a DoS condition.

Upgrade to the relevant fixed version referenced in Cisco bug ID CSCvs72434.
