critical Nessus Plugin ID 138587

The remote device is missing a vendor-supplied security patch

According to its self-reported version, Cisco Small Business RV Series Router Firmware is affected by an authentication bypass vulnerability due to improper session management on affected devices. An unauthenticated, remote attacker can exploit this, by sending a crafted HTTP request to the affected device, in order to bypass authentication and execute arbitrary commands with administrative privileges on an affected device.
Please see the included Cisco BIDs and Cisco Security Advisory for more information.
Note that Nessus has not tested for these issues but has instead relied only on the application's self-reported version

Upgrade to the relevant fixed version referenced in Cisco bug IDs CSCvr96256, CSCvr96252, and CSCvr96247.
