The packet inspection software installed on the remote host is affected by a denial of service vulnerability.Description
According to its self-reported version the Cisco Firepower Threat Defense (FTD) Software running on the remote device is affected by a denial of service (DoS) vulnerability in the Internet Key Exchange version 1 (IKEv1) feature of Cisco Firepower Threat Defense (FTD) Software. The vulnerability is due to improper management of system memory when handling IKEv1 traffic. An unauthenticated, remote attacker can exploit this, via malicious IKEv1 traffic, to cause a reload of the affected device.Please see the included Cisco BID and Cisco Security Advisory for more information.
