medium Nessus Plugin ID 132679

Description

According to its self-reported version, Cisco NX-OS Software is affected by a command injection vulnerability in the CLI due to insufficient validation of arguments passed to a specific CLI command on the affected device. Please see the included Cisco BIDs and Cisco Security Advisory for more information.

Solution

Upgrade to the relevant fixed version referenced in Cisco bug IDs CSCvh20032 and CSCvj00299.
