Synopsis

The remote device is missing a vendor-supplied security patch

Description

According to its self-reported version, Cisco Unified Communications Manager is affected by an SQL injection vulnerability. This is due to improper validation of user-supplied input. An authenticated, remote attacker can exploit this by sending crafted requests with malicious SQL statements to determine the presence of certain values in the database, impacting the confidentiality of the system.
