Synopsis

The remote Solaris system is missing a security patch from CPU oct2019.

Description

This Solaris system is missing necessary patches to address critical security updates :

 - Vulnerability in the Oracle Solaris product of Oracle Systems (component: SMF services & legacy daemons). The supported version that is affected is 11. Difficult to exploit vulnerability allows low privileged attacker with logon to the infrastructure where Oracle Solaris executes to compromise Oracle Solaris. Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in unauthorized update, insert or delete access to some of Oracle Solaris accessible data and unauthorized ability to cause a partial denial of service (partial DOS) of Oracle Solaris. (CVE-2019-2961)

 - Vulnerability in the Oracle Solaris product of Oracle Systems (component: LDAP Library). The supported version that is affected is 11. Difficult to exploit vulnerability allows high privileged attacker with logon to the infrastructure where Oracle Solaris executes to compromise Oracle Solaris. Successful attacks require human interaction from a person other than the attacker.
 Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in unauthorized ability to cause a partial denial of service (partial DOS) of Oracle Solaris. (CVE-2019-3008)
