    In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
    pnfs/flexfiles: Fix memory leak in nfs4_ff_alloc_deviceid_node()     In nfs4_ff_alloc_deviceid_node(), if the allocation for ds_versions fails,     the function jumps to the out_scratch label without freeing the already     allocated dsaddrs list, leading to a memory leak.
    Fix this by jumping to the out_err_drain_dsaddrs label, which properly     frees the dsaddrs list before cleaning up other resources.

    CVE-2026-23398:
    In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
    icmp: fix NULL pointer dereference in icmp_tag_validation()     icmp_tag_validation() unconditionally dereferences the result of     rcu_dereference(inet_protos[proto]) without checking for NULL.
    The inet_protos[] array is sparse -- only about 15 of 256 protocol     numbers have registered handlers. When ip_no_pmtu_disc is set to 3     (hardened PMTU mode) and the kernel receives an ICMP Fragmentation     Needed error with a quoted inner IP header containing an unregistered     protocol number, the NULL dereference causes a kernel panic in     softirq context.

    CVE-2026-23450:
    In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
    net/smc: fix NULL dereference and UAF in smc_tcp_syn_recv_sock()     Syzkaller reported a panic in smc_tcp_syn_recv_sock() [1].
    smc_tcp_syn_recv_sock() is called in the TCP receive path     (softirq) via icsk_af_ops->syn_recv_sock on the clcsock (TCP     listening socket). It reads sk_user_data to get the smc_sock     pointer. However, when the SMC listen socket is being closed     concurrently, smc_close_active() sets clcsock->sk_user_data     to NULL under sk_callback_lock, and then the smc_sock itself     can be freed via sock_put() in smc_release().
    This leads to two issues:
    1) NULL pointer dereference: sk_user_data is NULL when     accessed.
    2) Use-after-free: sk_user_data is read as non-NULL, but the     smc_sock is freed before its fields (e.g., queued_smc_hs,     ori_af_ops) are accessed.
    The race window looks like this (the syzkaller crash [1]     triggers via the SYN cookie path: tcp_get_cookie_sock() ->     smc_tcp_syn_recv_sock(), but the normal tcp_check_req() path     has the same race):

    -> crash!     Note that the clcsock and smc_sock are two independent objects     with separate refcounts. TCP stack holds a reference on the     clcsock, which keeps it alive, but this does NOT prevent the     smc_sock from being freed.
    Fix this by using RCU and refcount_inc_not_zero() to safely     access smc_sock. Since smc_tcp_syn_recv_sock() is called in     the TCP three-way handshake path, taking read_lock_bh on     sk_callback_lock is too heavy and would not survive a SYN     flood attack. Using rcu_read_lock() is much more lightweight.
    - Set SOCK_RCU_FREE on the SMC listen socket so that     smc_sock freeing is deferred until after the RCU grace     period. This guarantees the memory is still valid when     accessed inside rcu_read_lock().
    - Use rcu_read_lock() to protect reading sk_user_data.
    - Use refcount_inc_not_zero(&smc->sk.sk_refcnt) to pin the     smc_sock. If the refcount has already reached zero (close     path completed), it returns false and we bail out safely.
    Note: smc_hs_congested() has a similar lockless read of     sk_user_data without rcu_read_lock(), but it only checks for     NULL and accesses the global smc_hs_wq, never dereferencing     any smc_sock field, so it is not affected.
    Reproducer was verified with mdelay injection and smc_run,     the issue no longer occurs with this patch applied.

    CVE-2026-23455:
    In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
    netfilter: nf_conntrack_h323: check for zero length in DecodeQ931()     In DecodeQ931(), the UserUserIE code path reads a 16-bit length from     the packet, then decrements it by 1 to skip the protocol discriminator     byte before passing it to DecodeH323_UserInformation(). If the encoded     length is 0, the decrement wraps to -1, which is then passed as a     large value to the decoder, leading to an out-of-bounds read.
    Add a check to ensure len is positive after the decrement.

    CVE-2026-23456:
    In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
    netfilter: nf_conntrack_h323: fix OOB read in decode_int() CONS case     In decode_int(), the CONS case calls get_bits(bs, 2) to read a length     value, then calls get_uint(bs, len) without checking that len bytes     remain in the buffer. The existing boundary check only validates the     2 bits for get_bits(), not the subsequent 1-4 bytes that get_uint()     reads. This allows a malformed H.323/RAS packet to cause a 1-4 byte     slab-out-of-bounds read.
    Add a boundary check for len bytes after get_bits() and before     get_uint().

    CVE-2026-23457:
    In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
    netfilter: nf_conntrack_sip: fix Content-Length u32 truncation in sip_help_tcp()     sip_help_tcp() parses the SIP Content-Length header with     simple_strtoul(), which returns unsigned long, but stores the result in     unsigned int clen.  On 64-bit systems, values exceeding UINT_MAX are     silently truncated before computing the SIP message boundary.
    For example, Content-Length 4294967328 (2^32 + 32) is truncated to 32,     causing the parser to miscalculate where the current message ends.  The     loop then treats trailing data in the TCP segment as a second SIP     message and processes it through the SDP parser.
    Fix this by changing clen to unsigned long to match the return type of     simple_strtoul(), and reject Content-Length values that exceed the     remaining TCP payload length.

    CVE-2026-31399:
    In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
    nvdimm/bus: Fix potential use after free in asynchronous initialization     Dingisoul with KASAN reports a use after free if device_add() fails in     nd_async_device_register().
    Commit b6eae0f61db2 (libnvdimm: Hold reference on parent while     scheduling async init) correctly added a reference on the parent device     to be held until asynchronous initialization was complete.  However, if     device_add() results in an allocation failure the ref count of the     device drops to 0 prior to the parent pointer being accessed.  Thus     resulting in use after free.
    The bug bot AI correctly identified the fix.  Save a reference to the     parent pointer to be used to drop the parent reference regardless of the     outcome of device_add().

    CVE-2026-31402:
    In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
    nfsd: fix heap overflow in NFSv4.0 LOCK replay cache     The NFSv4.0 replay cache uses a fixed 112-byte inline buffer     (rp_ibuf[NFSD4_REPLAY_ISIZE]) to store encoded operation responses.
    This size was calculated based on OPEN responses and does not account     for LOCK denied responses, which include the conflicting lock owner as     a variable-length field up to 1024 bytes (NFS4_OPAQUE_LIMIT).
    When a LOCK operation is denied due to a conflict with an existing lock     that has a large owner, nfsd4_encode_operation() copies the full encoded     response into the undersized replay buffer via read_bytes_from_xdr_buf()     with no bounds check. This results in a slab-out-of-bounds write of up     to 944 bytes past the end of the buffer, corrupting adjacent heap memory.
    This can be triggered remotely by an unauthenticated attacker with two     cooperating NFSv4.0 clients: one sets a lock with a large owner string,     then the other requests a conflicting lock to provoke the denial.
    We could fix this by increasing NFSD4_REPLAY_ISIZE to allow for a full     opaque, but that would increase the size of every stateowner, when most     lockowners are not that large.
    Instead, fix this by checking the encoded response length against     NFSD4_REPLAY_ISIZE before copying into the replay buffer. If the     response is too large, set rp_buflen to 0 to skip caching the replay     payload. The status is still cached, and the client already received the     correct response on the original request.

    CVE-2026-31431:
    In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
    crypto: algif_aead - Revert to operating out-of-place     This mostly reverts commit 72548b093ee3 except for the copying of     the associated data.
    There is no benefit in operating in-place in algif_aead since the     source and destination come from different mappings.  Get rid of     all the complexity added for in-place operation and just copy the     AD directly.

    CVE-2026-43284:
    In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:
    xfrm: esp: avoid in-place decrypt on shared skb frags     MSG_SPLICE_PAGES can attach pages from a pipe directly to an skb. TCP     marks such skbs with SKBFL_SHARED_FRAG after skb_splice_from_iter(),     so later paths that may modify packet data can first make a private     copy. The IPv4/IPv6 datagram append paths did not set this flag when     splicing pages into UDP skbs.
    That leaves an ESP-in-UDP packet made from shared pipe pages looking     like an ordinary uncloned nonlinear skb. ESP input then takes the no-COW     fast path for uncloned skbs without a frag_list and decrypts in place     over data that is not owned privately by the skb.
    Mark IPv4/IPv6 datagram splice frags with SKBFL_SHARED_FRAG, matching     TCP. Also make ESP input fall back to skb_cow_data() when the flag is     present, so ESP does not decrypt externally backed frags in place.
    Private nonlinear skb frags still use the existing fast path.
    This intentionally does not change ESP output. In esp_output_head(),     the path that appends the ESP trailer to existing skb tailroom without     calling skb_cow_data() is not reachable for nonlinear skbs:
    skb_tailroom() returns zero when skb->data_len is nonzero, while ESP     tailen is positive. Thus ESP output will either use the separate     destination-frag path or fall back to skb_cow_data().
