HKDF in cryptography before 1.5.2 returns an empty byte-string if used with a length less than algorithm.digest_size.

There are packages installed that are affected by a vulnerability referenced in the following CVE:

According to the version of the python-cryptography package installed, the EulerOS installation on the remote host is affected by the following vulnerability :

Fixed a bug where ``HKDF`` would return an empty byte-string if used with a ``length`` less than ``algorithm.digest_size``.

The remote Ubuntu 16.04 LTS host has packages installed that are affected by a vulnerability as referenced in the USN-3138-1 advisory.

    Markus Dring discovered that python-cryptography incorrectly handled certain HKDF lengths. This could     result in python-cryptography returning an empty string instead of the expected derived key.

Note that Nessus has not tested for this issue but has instead relied only on the application's self-reported version number.

Rebase to 1.5.3 to fix CVE-2016-9243
