LibreOffice before 2016-12-22 has an out-of-bounds write caused by a heap-based buffer overflow related to the EnhWMFReader::ReadEnhWMF function in vcl/source/filter/wmf/enhwmf.cxx.

LibreOffice was updated to version 5.3.5.2, bringing new features and enhancements :

An unauthenticated, remote attacker can     exploit this, via a specially crafted WMF file, to cause     a denial of service condition or the execution of     arbitrary code. Note that this vulnerability does not     affect version 5.1.x. (CVE-2017-7870)
