- CVE-2015-8767：Linux 内核中的 net/sctp/sm_sideeffect.c 未正确管理锁定与套接字之间的关系，允许本地用户通过特别构建的 sctp_accept 调用，造成拒绝服务（死锁）。(bsc#961509)

  - Memory leak in the cuse_channel_release function in     fs/fuse/cuse.c in the Linux kernel before 4.4 allows     local users to cause a denial of service (memory     consumption) or possibly have unspecified other impact     by opening /dev/cuse many times.(CVE-2015-1339i1/4%0

  - A flaw was found in the way the Linux kernel's nested     NMI handler and espfix64 functionalities interacted     during NMI processing. A local, unprivileged user could     use this flaw to crash the system or, potentially,     escalate their privileges on the     system.(CVE-2015-3290i1/4%0

  - The XFS subsystem in the Linux kernel 4.4 and later     allows local users to cause a denial of service     (fdatasync() failure and system hang) by using the vfs     syscall group in the 'trinity' program, as a result of     a page lock order bug in the XFS seek hole/data     implementation.(CVE-2016-8660i1/4%0

  - A flaw was found in the Linux kernel's key management     system where it was possible for an attacker to     escalate privileges or crash the machine. If a user key     gets negatively instantiated, an error code is cached     in the payload area. A negatively instantiated key may     be then be positively instantiated by updating it with     valid data. However, the -i1/4zupdate key type method     must be aware that the error code may be     there.(CVE-2015-8539i1/4%0

  - It was found that the Linux kernel KVM subsystem's     sysenter instruction emulation was not sufficient. An     unprivileged guest user could use this flaw to escalate     their privileges by tricking the hypervisor to emulate     a SYSENTER instruction in 16-bit mode, if the guest OS     did not initialize the SYSENTER model-specific     registers (MSRs). Note: Certified guest operating     systems for Red Hat Enterprise Linux with KVM do     initialize the SYSENTER MSRs and are thus not     vulnerable to this issue when running on a KVM     hypervisor.(CVE-2015-0239i1/4%0

  - An information leak flaw was found in the way the Linux     kernel handled media device enumerate entities IOCTL     requests. A local user able to access the /dev/media0     device file could use this flaw to leak kernel memory     bytes.(CVE-2014-1739i1/4%0

  - The dgnc_mgmt_ioctl function in     drivers/staging/dgnc/dgnc_mgmt.c in the Linux kernel     through 4.3.3 does not initialize a certain structure     member, which allows local users to obtain sensitive     information from kernel memory via a crafted     application.(CVE-2015-7885i1/4%0

  - An information leak was discovered in the Linux kernel     in cdrom_ioctl_drive_status() function in     drivers/cdrom/cdrom.c that could be used by local     attackers to read kernel memory at certain     location.(CVE-2018-16658i1/4%0

  - A flaw was discovered in the Linux kernel's     implementation of VFIO. An attacker issuing an ioctl     can create a situation where memory is corrupted and     modify memory outside of the expected area. This may     overwrite kernel memory and subvert kernel     execution.(CVE-2016-9083i1/4%0

  - It was found that the Linux kernel's KVM subsystem did     not handle the VM exits gracefully for the invvpid     (Invalidate Translations Based on VPID) instructions.
    On hosts with an Intel processor and invppid VM exit     support, an unprivileged guest user could use these     instructions to crash the guest.(CVE-2014-3646i1/4%0

  - An attacker on a network could abuse a flaw in the IPv6     stack fragment reassembly code to induce kernel memory     corruption on the system, possibly leading to a system     crash.(CVE-2016-9755i1/4%0

  - It was found that a regular user could remove xattr     permissions on files by using the chown or write system     calls. A local attacker could use this flaw to deny     elevated permissions from valid users, services, or     applications, potentially resulting in a denial of     service.(CVE-2015-1350i1/4%0

  - arch/powerpc/kvm/book3s_hv_rmhandlers.S in the Linux     kernel through 4.7 on PowerPC platforms, when     CONFIG_KVM_BOOK3S_64_HV is enabled, allows guest OS     users to cause a denial of service (host OS infinite     loop) by making a H_CEDE hypercall during the existence     of a suspended transaction.(CVE-2016-5412i1/4%0

  - An issue was discovered in the proc_pid_stack function     in fs/proc/base.c in the Linux kernel. An attacker with     a local account can trick the stack unwinder code to     leak stack contents to userspace. The fix allows only     root to inspect the kernel stack of an arbitrary     task.(CVE-2018-17972i1/4%0

The openSUSE Leap 42.1 kernel was updated to 4.1.20 to receive various security and bugfixes.

  - CVE-2015-8709: kernel/ptrace.c in the Linux kernel     mishandled uid and gid mappings, which allowed local     users to gain privileges by establishing a user     namespace, waiting for a root process to enter that     namespace with an unsafe uid or gid, and then using the     ptrace system call. NOTE: the vendor states 'there is no     kernel bug here (bnc#959709).

  - CVE-2015-8767: net/sctp/sm_sideeffect.c in the Linux     kernel did not properly manage the relationship between     a lock and a socket, which allowed local users to cause     a denial of service (deadlock) via a crafted sctp_accept     call. (bsc#961509)

  - CVE-2015-8785: The fuse_fill_write_pages function in     fs/fuse/file.c in the Linux kernel allowed local users     to cause a denial of service (infinite loop) via a     writev system call that triggers a zero length for the     first segment of an iov (bnc#963765).

  - CVE-2015-8787: The nf_nat_redirect_ipv4 function in     net/netfilter/nf_nat_redirect.c in the Linux kernel     allowed remote attackers to cause a denial of service     (NULL pointer dereference and system crash) or possibly     have unspecified other impact by sending certain IPv4     packets to an incompletely configured interface, a     related issue to CVE-2003-1604 (bnc#963931).

  - CVE-2015-8812: A flaw was found in the CXGB3 kernel     driver when the network was considered congested. The     kernel would incorrectly misinterpret the congestion as     an error condition and incorrectly free/clean up the     skb. When the device would then send the skb's queued,     these structures would be referenced and may panic the     system or allow an attacker to escalate privileges in a     use-after-free scenario. (bsc#966437).

  - CVE-2016-0723: Race condition in the tty_ioctl function     in drivers/tty/tty_io.c in the Linux kernel allowed     local users to obtain sensitive information from kernel     memory or cause a denial of service (use-after-free and     system crash) by making a TIOCGETD ioctl call during     processing of a TIOCSETD ioctl call (bnc#961500).

  - CVE-2016-2069: When Linux invalidated a paging structure     that is not in use locally, it could, in principle, race     against another CPU that is switching to a process that     uses the paging structure in question. (bsc#963767)

  - CVE-2016-2184: A malicious USB device could cause a     kernel crash in the alsa usb-audio driver. (bsc#971125)

  - CVE-2016-2383: Incorrect branch fixups for eBPF allow     arbitrary read of kernel memory. (bsc#966684)

  - CVE-2016-2384: A malicious USB device could cause a     kernel crash in the alsa usb-audio driver. (bsc#966693)

- arm64：arm64 パッチを SLE12-SP1-ARM からバックポートします

- btrfs：アンダーフローのある backref について backref ウォーキングを教えます（bsc#966259）。

- 4.1.19 の cgroup kabi の修正。

- config：CONFIG_DDR を無効化。必要とするドライバーにより CONFIG_DDR が自動的に選択されます。

- config：MFD_TPS65218 を無効化TPS65218 は、32 ビット ARM システム用の電源管理 IC です。

- config：NF_REJECT_IPV4/V6 をモジュラー化ネットワークフィルターの残りがモジュールとしてビルドされている際に、これらのヘルパーモジュールを内蔵する理由はありません。

- config：x86 構成ファイルを更新します：Intel RAPL を有効化このドライバーは、電源ケーピングが必要な際に役立ちます。これは、SLE カーネルで 2 年前に有効化されました。

openSUSE Leap 42.1 核心已更新至 4.1.20 版，獲得多個安全性和錯誤修正。

已修正以下安全性錯誤：

- CVE-2015-1339：cuse 中的一個記憶體洩漏問題可遭利用來耗盡核心記憶體。(bsc#969356)。

- CVE-2015-7799：在 Linux 核心的 drivers/net/slip/slhc.c 中，slhc_init 函式未確保某些插槽編號有效，其允許本機使用者透過特製的 PPPIOCSMAXCID ioctl 呼叫，造成拒絕服務 (NULL 指標解除參照與系統當機) (bnc#949936 951638)。

- CVE-2015-7872：Linux 核心的 security/keys/gc.c 中的 key_gc_unused_keys 函式允許本機使用者透過特製的 keyctl 命令造成拒絕服務 (OOPS) (bnc#951440)。

- CVE-2015-7884：在 Linux 核心的 drivers/media/platform/vivid/vivid-osd.c 中，vivid_fb_ioctl 函式未初始化特定結構成員，其允許本機使用者透過特製的應用程式，取得核心記憶體中的敏感資訊 (bnc#951626)。

- CVE-2015-8104：Linux 核心中的 KVM 子系統允許來賓 OS 使用者透過觸發許多與 svm.c 相關的 #DB (又稱為除錯) 例外狀況，造成拒絕服務 (主機 OS 錯誤或懸置) (bnc#954404)。

- CVE-2015-8709：Linux 核心中的 kernel/ptrace.c 錯誤處理 uid 與 gid 對應，其允許本機使用者透過建立使用者命名空間，等待 root 處理程序以不安全的 uid 或 gid 進入該命名空間，然後使用 ptrace 系統呼叫，取得權限。注意：供應商表示「此處無核心錯誤」(bnc#959709)。

- CVE-2015-8767：Linux 核心中的 net/sctp/sm_sideeffect.c 未正確管理鎖定與通訊端之間的關係，其允許本機使用者透過特製的 sctp_accept 呼叫，造成拒絕服務 (鎖死)。(bsc#961509)

- CVE-2015-8785：在 Linux 核心中，fs/fuse/file.c 的 fuse_fill_write_pages 函式允許本機使用者透過 writev 系統呼叫，觸發 iov 第一個區段零長度，進而造成拒絕服務 (無限迴圈) (bnc#963765)。

- CVE-2015-8787：在 Linux 核心的 net/netfilter/nf_nat_redirect.c 中，nf_nat_redirect_ipv4 函式允許遠端攻擊者傳送特定 IPv4 封包至未完整設定的介面，藉此造成拒絕服務 (NULL 指標解除參照與系統當機) 或可能造成其他不明影響；此問題與 CVE-2003-1604 有關 (bnc#963931)。

- CVE-2015-8812：當認定網路壅塞時，在 CXGB3 核心驅動程式中發現一個瑕疵。核心會不正確地將壅塞錯譯為錯誤情形，並不正確地釋放/清除 skb。之後當裝置傳送 skb 的 queued 時，會參照這些結構，並可使系統發生錯誤，或允許攻擊者在釋放後使用狀況下提升權限。(bsc#966437)。

- CVE-2016-0723：Linux 核心中 drivers/tty/tty_io.c 的 tty_ioctl 函式有爭用情形，其允許本機使用者在處理 TIOCSETD ioctl 呼叫期間提出 TIOCGETD ioctl 呼叫，進而從核心記憶體取得敏感資訊，或造成拒絕服務 (釋放後使用和系統當機) (bnc#961500)。

- CVE-2016-2069：Linux 使本機上非使用中的分頁結構無效時，原則上其可與正切換至分頁結構有問題之處理程序的其他 CPU 爭用。(bsc#963767)

- CVE-2016-2184：惡意 USB 裝置可造成 alsa usb-audio 驅動程式中的核心損毀。(bsc#971125)

- CVE-2016-2383：錯誤的 eBPF 分支修正允許任意讀取核心記憶體。(bsc#966684)

- CVE-2016-2384：惡意 USB 裝置可造成 alsa usb-audio 驅動程式中的核心損毀。(bsc#966693)

下列非安全性錯誤已修正：

- arm64：新增 Cavium 錯字勘誤表 27456 的因應措施。

- arm64：反向移植 SLE12-SP1-ARM 的 arm64 修補程式

- btrfs：教導反向參照搜尋瞭解發生反向溢位的反向參照 (bsc#966259)。

- 4.1.19 版的 cgroup kabi 修正。

- 組態：停用 CONFIG_DDR。需要 CONFIG_DDR 的驅動程式會自動選取該選項。

- 組態：停用 MFD_TPS65218 TPS65218 是 32 位元 ARM 系統的電力管理 IC。

- 組態：模組化 NF_REJECT_IPV4/V6 當其餘 netfilter 皆構建為模組時，這些協助程式模組沒有理由為內建項目。
