SynopsisThe remote Ubuntu host is missing a security-related patch.
DescriptionJoseph Bisch discovered that Pidgin incorrectly handled certain xml messages. A remote attacker could use this issue to cause Pidgin to crash, resulting in a denial of service, or possibly execute arbitrary code.
