Juniper Junos TKEY Query Handling DoS (JSA10718)

High Nessus Plugin ID 88093

The remote device is missing a vendor-supplied security patch.

According to its self-reported version number, the remote Juniper Junos device is affected by a denial of service vulnerability due to a flaw in ISC BIND when handling queries for TKEY records. An unauthenticated, remote attacker can exploit this, via crafted TKEY queries, to cause an REQUIRE assertion failure and daemon exit.

Apply the relevant Junos software release referenced in Juniper advisory JSA10718.
