New! Vulnerability Priority Rating (VPR)
Tenable calculates a dynamic VPR for every vulnerability. VPR combines vulnerability information with threat intelligence and machine learning algorithms to predict which vulnerabilities are most likely to be exploited in attacks. Read more about what VPR is and how it's different from CVSS.
VPR Score: 6
Synopsis
The remote Debian host is missing a security update.
Description
Several vulnerabilities have been discovered in OpenJDK, an implementation of the Oracle Java platform. These vulnerabilities relate to execution of arbitrary code, breakouts of the Java sandbox, information disclosure and denial of service.
For Debian 6 'Squeeze', these problems have been fixed in openjdk-6 version 6b37-1.13.9-1~deb6u1.
We recommend you to upgrade your openjdk-6 packages.

NOTE: Tenable Network Security has extracted the preceding description block directly from the DLA security advisory. Tenable has attempted to automatically clean and format it as much as possible without introducing additional issues.
