Fedora 15 : libvoikko-3.2.1-1.fc15 (2011-8227)

Medium Nessus Plugin ID 55475

The remote Fedora host is missing a security update.

Backport a security fix from version 3.2.1: Fix handling of embedded null characters in input strings entered through the Python interface.
The bug could be used to cause denial of service conditions and possibly other problems. Users of these interfaces are recommended to upgrade to this release. Applications that use the native C++ library directly (this includes all well known desktop applications) are not affected by this bug and no changes to the native library have been made in this release.

Note that Tenable Network Security has extracted the preceding description block directly from the Fedora security advisory. Tenable has attempted to automatically clean and format it as much as possible without introducing additional issues.

Update the affected libvoikko package.
