Synopsis

The remote Fedora host is missing a security update.

Description

This update update upgrades thunderbird packages to upstream version 2.0.0.18, which fixes multiple security issues detailed in upstream security advisories: http://www.mozilla.org/security/known- vulnerabilities/thunderbird20.html#thunderbird2.0.0.18

Note that Tenable Network Security has extracted the preceding description block directly from the Fedora security advisory. Tenable has attempted to automatically clean and format it as much as possible without introducing additional issues.

Solution

Update the affected thunderbird package.
