ManageEngine PAM360 < Build 8601 RCE (CVE-2026-18199)

Synopsis

The remote host is running a web application affected by a remote code execution vulnerability.

Description

According to its self-reported build number, the ManageEngine PAM360 application running on the remote host is prior to build 8601. It is, therefore, affected by an authenticated remote code execution vulnerability due to improper validation and escaping of special characters on the server side. An authenticated, remote attacker can exploit this to execute arbitrary operating-system commands.

Note that Nessus has not tested for this issue but has instead relied only on the application's self-reported build number.

Solution

Upgrade to ManageEngine PAM360 build 8601 or later.
