Synopsis

The remote Red Hat host is missing one or more security updates for rhc.

Description

The remote Redhat Enterprise Linux 9 host has packages installed that are affected by multiple vulnerabilities as referenced in the RHSA-2026:89740 advisory.

 rhc is a client tool and daemon that connects the system to Red Hat hosted services enabling system and subscription management.

 * crypto/x509: golang: crypto/x509: Man-in-the-middle attacks via untrusted intermediate certificates (CVE-2026-111943)
