The remote host is affected by a vulnerability

Description

The 24.1.0.0 version of Enterprise Manager Cloud Control installed on the remote host is affected by a vulnerability as referenced in the October 2026 CPU advisory.

 - Vulnerability in the Oracle Enterprise Manager Base Platform product of Oracle Enterprise Manager (component: API Gateway (jackson-core)). The supported version that is affected is 24.1. Difficult to exploit vulnerability allows high privileged attacker with logon to the infrastructure where Oracle Enterprise Manager Base Platform executes to compromise Oracle Enterprise Manager Base Platform.
 Successful attacks of this vulnerability can result in unauthorized update, insert or delete access to some of Oracle Enterprise Manager Base Platform accessible data. (CVE-2026-1225)

Solution

Apply the appropriate patch according to the October 2026 Oracle Critical Patch Update advisory.
